Experience the Pilates Reformer in a small group setting then add other small equipment. This class is designed with your specific needs in mind. It will improve strength, balance, flexibility, stability and coordination. The Pilates Reformer is a piece of equipment that provides resistance with a series of springs and ropes.  Classes will have no more than 5 clients to allow the instructor to give individual attention and any modifications necessary. For new clients an introductory private session is required, us getting to know and your getting to know us!

Grab your girls and meet at the barre. Barre classes use a combination of postures inspired by ballet/dance  and other disciplines such as Pilates and Yoga. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training, high reps of small range of motion movements.

The main goal is to educate women about natural childbirth, mind, body and how they can come to attain this. It is to help and aide in correct posture, thru strengthening and stretching exercises. Also to help women become more aware of their pelvic floor transverse abdominis, internal and external obliques in both toning and releasing for delivery. Strengthening the upper body for breastfeeding and caring for your new baby. Helping to learn with breathing techniques for relaxing and sliding, throughout labor.
