I’VE NEVER DONE PILATES, WHERE SHOULD I BEGIN?

The beauty of Pilates is you can begin wherever you are at. We do require all new students to book two private sessions prior to signing up to group classes. This will help us to design a path for you to achieve your personal goals.

If you recently have been working with a Physical Therapist please refer to your PT to determine when you should begin Pilates.

CAN MY FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND USE MY PACKAGE?

Please add your friend or family member to your online profile when scheduling to allow them to use your package. Please be reminded that new students require two private sessions before joining group classes and all rules apply to family members joining us in the studio as well.

AM I REQUIRED TO WEAR STICKY SOCKS?

While not mandatory, we highly recommend bringing a pair of sticky socks to your appointments. If you’d like to purchase a pair we have a variety available at the studio for purchase.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All Private and Duet appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are unable to cancel your appointment prior to your appointment time you will be charged the full amount of service.

I’M HAVING TROUBLE CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT

If you’re trying to create a Acuity account with an e-mail address you used with our previous scheduling system you may need a one time access code. You may also update your phone or tablet software for a smooth sign up process. Please email us if you need help walking you through this process.

MY PREFERRED TIME IS UNAVAILABLE, WHAT DO I DO?

At the beginning of each month re-check the availability as clients will cancel. You must accept the appointment then go through the booking process after being notified there is a space available. You will be booked after you see the prompt that your appointment is confirmed.
