    Founder - Pilates Instructor

    Senior certified Pilates instructor, Carrie fell in love with Pilates in 1993 which quickly led to becoming a certified instructor in both classical practice (The Method by Jennifer Kries) and contemporary (Stott Pilates).

    In 2003, she added Pre/Postnatal and Cardio Core Barre to her certified repertoire.

    She has had the pleasure of training and taking care of a vast variety of people varying from youths to the elderly; those who choose to sustain and improve physical fitness to someone wanting to get into shape for the first time. She works respectfully with clients living with past and present physical injuries.

    She believes in kind, caring instruction, but also loves to challenge when the challenge is appropriate. She believes in working smaller and deeper, which is smarter to become stronger.

  • JULIE SNIDER

    Co-owner - Pilates Instructor

    Julie is certified as a level one & two Stott Pilates instructor and Xtend Ballet Barre Instructor. She has been training at C. Pilates since 2007 and enjoys working with students of all levels and skills.

    Julie likes to challenge her clients but, also encourages all of her students to honor their bodies and to find the movement they are capable of during each session.

    Her greatest satisfaction comes from clients that not only accomplish their goals, but those who surpass the goals they set for themselves and gain a quality of life they thought not possible.

    She enjoys running, biking, and skiing to keep herself fit. Pilates, and more importantly the principles, have become an integral part of her life and how she moves through her life. Julie loves to be a teacher of Pilates, but loves to be the student too. She appreciates each and every client and the opportunities the provide her to learn and better herself as an instructor.

    Comprehensive Pilates Instructor

    Natalie completed her Pilates equipment certification through Balanced Body at Body Evolve in 2005. A Pilates based Physical Therapy studio.

    During this time Natalie also completed a year long apprenticeship with master Pilates instructor Taylor Lamanna as well as a secondary certification through Flex Pilates in Chicago, Illinois.

    Natalie strives to create an encouraging environment for students of all levels. Believing in meeting your body where it is, she is passionate about working with students to achieve overall health and fluidity of movement. She offers a holistic approach, integrating her love of biomechanics with her own personal and creative teaching style.

    Yoga Instructor

    Meet Shelby, a yoga teacher who recently completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Costa Rica through the School Yoga Institute. Shelby has always been passionate about health and wellness, and she discovered yoga as a way to combine her love of movement and mindfulness.

    Shelby’s teaching style is focused on making yoga accessible to all students. She emphasizes the importance of listening to the body. She is passionate about helping her students develop a deeper connection with their body and mind through the practice of yoga.

    Yoga & Buti Yoga Instructor

    Meet Jessica, a passionate yoga instructor and wellness enthusiast. Jessica discovered yoga when she was looking for a way to relieve stress while working 9-5. She fell in love with the practice and decided to pursue her certification with School Yoga Institute in January of 2022.

    She emphasizes mindfulness and encourages her students to listen to their bodies and honor their limits. In addition to her 200hr RYT certificate, she is also certified in Buti Yoga. She is committed to lifelong learning and growth, and strives to inspire others to do the same.

    Comprehensive Pilates Instructor

    Sara Beth Hickman is certified in Balanced Body through the Club Pilates teacher training program. She has been in love with Pilates since she was introduced to it through her ballet teacher in 2013.

    Using her knowledge of dance to choreograph creative flows while strengthening and stretching the body, Sara Beth is excited to help you improve your mind-body awareness and confidence in Pilates.
